General Specifications

Engine: 6Hp Kubota air/oil cooled industrial engine with electric start.

Highest cooling capacity on the market at 22,000 BTU & 6KW power.

Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to provide an independant air conditioning system. Useful as backup electrical charging in case of truck alternator failure.

ICEPACK will start at very low truck voltage levels and is able to recharge truck batteries and jump start the truck.

Electric, self-priming fuel lift pump and full flow filtration and water separation.

Compressor: Sanden SD7.

Condenser: High capacity Serpentine.

Low voltage and low oil pressure shutdown protection.

R-134A refrigerant. Icepack system charge of approximately 1,100g ensures an extended life span of system components.

Optional Auto Start.

Optional Wireless Remote.

Mounting Options

ICEPACK offers a wide variety of mounting solutions included in our Standard Options.

However, if you require something special, the fully equipped fabrication shop can produce customised brackets to suit almost any chassis configuration.

  • Above Tank

    Above tank is the most robust fitment option.

  • Rear of Chassis

    ROC is suitable for the ES or 2000. Dolly Pull option available.

  • Side Mount Standard

    Side Mount is available for the ES and 2000.

  • In Chassis

    IC is perfect for the on highway truck. Dolly Pull option available.

  • Side Mount

    If required, we can shorten tanks in house. Matching toolbox available.

  • Narrow

    Space saving for more fuel tanks.

About Us

Proudly Australian Made and family owned since 1995.

In the years preceding the incorporation of Haultech Engineering (Icepack), business partners Charles and Sam were already working on their engineered design of a sleeper cab air conditioner. The first of it's kind in Australia, the ICEPACK 2000 delivered a tough, reliable product that really worked, in the harshest conditions imaginable.

Fast forward some 20 odd years. The Icepack range is now headed by the ES. Offering amazing savings through lower fuel consumption and an extended service interval of 1000 hours.

Producing a quality, low maintenance and reliable product is still the company focus, and always will be.
